Ahoy John,
We have loads of new features and updates for you to supercharge your program! To learn more about how to use the features in this update, attend our next Product Deep Dive on Wednesday, June 12th at 1pm ET. RSVP here.
Per email reporting options: 1-hour stats and by domain stats
We have two big updates to email reporting. You can now filter your email stats by domain, so you can see only your Gmail or Hotmail stats for that email, for example. This hopefully makes it easier to catch domain specific deliverability issues more quickly,
We’re also displaying a new tab, First Hour Statistics. This shows a snapshot of your engagement at the one hour mark, which is a helpful measure of the success of the email. One potential use: If your total money raised looks great one hour after sending, that’s a good indication that that email was a winner and you should send it to a wider audience.
Filter: X emails in Y days
Filter your list by the number of emails received by activists within a time period. Use this to find an audience that hasn’t heard from you recently, or has heard from you too much!
Button builder
You can now build your own custom buttons while writing an email with just a few clicks and no HTML. You set the design, the button text, and the link, and we’ll generate the buttons for you — including social share button options. Click ‘More’ from the toolbar to get started.
(Here's the new button builder in action!)
Built-in ‘other’ field for questions
Add a built-in ‘other’ field for multiple choice questions like checkboxes or radios. Click on the question in the formbuilder to add ‘other’ to your question. Activists filling out the form will see other as an option for that question and be able to enter their own text to be saved in the custom field.
Read more about how this is stored for different question types. Stay tuned for a related big update later this month!
A/B testing page wrappers
Make your action pages even more engaging through A/B testing. Add two or more wrappers to your action and view your engagement stats to pick a winner! Use the plus (+) button on your action manage page to get started.
