I wanted to pass along my latest update on what I have been doing to fight for you, Texas’ 21st Congressional District, and our country as a whole:

American taxpayers should NOT have to fund transgender surgeries
The Biden administration wants to redefine sex through a radical Health and Human Services (HHS) rule and force Americans like you to pay for transgender surgeries. 

American citizens should not be forced to fund transgender “healthcare” with their premiums and tax dollars — and healthcare providers should not be pressured to provide these services.

That’s why I am proud to work with Congressman Doug LaMalfa and Senator Roger Marshall in leading legislation that would overturn the Biden administration’s new policy. 

Congress is moving to sanction the ICC
This week, my bill to reimpose Trump-Era sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC) will be voted on in the House. 

The ICC has placed arrest warrants on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant because of their response to the October 7th Hamas attack. Each nation has a sovereign right to defend its citizens from foreign attacks, and that is exactly what Israel has done.

If the ICC can come after our allies, they can surely set their sights on the U.S. in the future. Both House Republicans and Democrats should pass my bill (HR 8282) to impose sanctions on the ICC. America's policy should be unquestionably clear: if the ICC goes after us or our allies, there will be consequences.
