Pharmaceutical companies are trying to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act because this transformative legislation capped out-of-pocket costs for Americans on Medicare to just $35 a month.

Team, I’ve spoken to many members of our community who are on insulin and other life-saving prescription drugs. Too many people are choosing between putting food on the table or filling a prescription. I’ve even heard from people who travel to Canada to buy their prescriptions at a lower price.

The prescription drug crisis in America needs to be fixed now. It’s clear that Democrats are fighting to fix the crisis while pharmaceutical companies continue to put profits over patients and are making billions of dollars at the expense of hardworking Americans.

I am a leader in Congress in the fight to lower the cost of prescription drugs and I won’t stop working to find solutions that keep money in the pockets of hardworking Americans. I introduced the End Price Gouging for Medications Act to ensure Americans don’t overpay for prescription drugs.

Team, will you make a contribution so I can continue my work and lead Congress to solutions that will lower the cost of prescription drugs? Your support means a lot to me and it will fuel the work I have ahead. It’s time we fix the prescription drug price crisis in America. [[link removed]]
