Today, we are mobilizing in Albany to lobby for the passage of the New York for All Act—demanding officials allow all New Yorkers to live open lives without the fear of law enforcement colluding with ICE and threatening the stability of their families.

We have been featured in the news ([link removed]) , held panels ([link removed]) , and told the stories ([link removed]) of people directly impacted by the interaction between ICE and law enforcement. From facing the fear of separation from their families due to deportation, to knowing people who sadly did not survive to live safely with their families and communities, these stories have fueled us to keep fighting for our immigrant neighbors, many of whom have fled dangerous situations looking for better lives.
The New York for All Act ([link removed]) would stop ICE and local law enforcement from collaborating, ensuring our communities are not at risk of deportation when interacting with police. Not only does eliminating the opportunity of ICE colluding with law enforcement strengthen our communities—it's been proven to make New York safer for everyone ([link removed]) .
