Good morning, John! Sorry for the early email, but I wanted to check in with our top supporters first thing today.
I just met with my Finance Director, Katelyn, over a cup of coffee to talk about our fundraising and she had some not so great news… we are pacing behind on our goal. Our upcoming statewide reporting deadline is in two weeks, and if our numbers are weak that will leave an opening for our MAGA opponent, Kelly Ayotte.
Before I explain more, will you chip in $10 to support our grassroots campaign? We urgently need to catch up by midnight tonight:
Right now, our campaign is in a dead heat against Republican Kelly Ayotte in the polls. We knew this would be a tough race, but the ratings from the Cook Political Report confirmed it: Democrats will have to give it our all if we want to flip this toss-up seat.
Now that Kelly Ayotte has endorsed Donald Trump for President, the MAGA donors are in full force to help them both flip New Hampshire bright red.
But I feel confident that if we meet our fundraising goals, we have the message and the team to build a strong operation that can elect Democrats up and down the ballot come November.
