Tonight's debate is an opportunity for us to show that this changed Labour Party
is back in the service of working people and ready to change the country.

We need to be ready to jump into action during the debate and afterwards to make
sure that Keir’s message to voters is making its way to people on their screens
and doorsteps across the country.

Tonight we can show the sharp contrast between 14 years of Tory chaos and
failure, and the change that Labour will deliver.

Rishi Sunak's Tories have failed Britain for the last 14 years. With Keir's
first steps to deliver Labour's missions, we are the only party that has a plan
for working people.

The Tories have shown that they are relying on a campaign of desperate, unfunded
policies - like national service - to win because after 14 years of failure,
they have no clear vision for the future.

They have wreaked havoc on our economy and gutted our public services and it is
working people, families and pensioners who are paying the price.

So, we have to hold them accountable. We need to make sure we have the resources
to push our positive message for Britain online, on the airwaves and on the
ground — to make sure voters know that the Tories' time is up and that it’s time
for change with Labour.
