Time Magazine interviewed Trump for a story they used for the cover and
titled it “If he wins.”

Let's go over the things Trump said would happen if he wins.
First, he said he wouldn't even necessarily accept the outcome of the
November election. Again: this is a flashing red warning light not only
for those of us who lived through the insurrection at the Capitol in 2021
but for any American who cares about the future of our democracy.

But he went further in the Time article:
Trump said he would consider pardoning every January 6 insurrectionist.
He said that red states would be able to monitor women's pregnancies and
criminally prosecute women who obtain abortions.
He said that he would deploy the National Guard to American cities as he
sees fit.
"If he wins" ...
We can't let that happen. And because his race — and control of the U.S.
