Did you see what Donald Trump said to a group of oil executives? He told
them that they should raise $1 billion to help him return to the White
House.
And he told them that if he gets back to the White House, he’d reverse
many of the green initiatives we worked so hard for years to pass.
Democrats passed the Inflation Reduction Act—the greatest climate
investment in history—and President Biden signed it into law. Oil
executives hated it then, and they’d love to see Donald Trump slash as
much of the law as possible.
President Biden doesn’t work for oil executives. He works for you.
We’re working to lower energy costs for families that are getting ripped
off by the fossil fuel industry. We’re working to hold corporations
accountable for pollution and price gouging. And we’re working to protect
our planet so the next generation can enjoy it.
