No, Donald Trump… Justice Juan Merchan did not block your ability to put on a proper defense. Your own lawyers chose not to pursue those avenues.
And no, Donald Trump… you weren’t prevented from testifying. You had the opportunity to take the stand in your own defense and chose not too.
John, these falsehoods attack the heart of our legal system and our democracy. They aren’t just politics as usual. Donal Trump will say anything to benefit himself, especially if it enrages his MAGA base. Did you hear Trump raised over $53 million in the first 48 hours after his verdict?
At this critical moment, we must unify our movement to stop Trump and keep him from taking control of Congress next year. It’s not an overstatement to say my toss-up race will decide the future of our government next year. I need your support.
