Salem Media Group stopped distributing a film on 2020 election fraud after a Georgia man sued.

• The media company stopped distributing and streaming the election conspiracy film "2000 Mules" and apologized to the Georgia man the movie falsely depicted as committing ballot fraud in the 2020 election.

There are wins for voters in Colorado and New Jersey.

• Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) signed a bill to require county jails and detention centers to provide in-person voting for eligible incarcerated voters.

  
  

• The Department of Justice announced it will monitor the primary election tomorrow in Union County, New Jersey, to ensure the county is complying with federal voting rights laws and providing Spanish-language voting materials as required.

  
  

Here are some updates on racial gerrymandering and absentee ballot cases.

• The U.S. Supreme Court sent a lawsuit alleging that Arkansas' congressional map harms Black voters back to a lower court for more proceedings. This is in light of the Court's recent decision in a separate case out of South Carolina that makes it harder to prove racial gerrymandering claims.

  
  

• A Wisconsin judge prohibited the use of a new absentee ballot envelope and required voters to submit a copy of their original ballot request form in order for their vote to count in the August primaries. A hearing in this case is scheduled for Wednesday.
