Folks,

This isn’t the email I was planning on sending today, but unfortunately, I just got word that we fell short of our May fundraising goal last Friday.

I know our team and our many supporters gave it their all, but when we set ambitious goals we run the risk of coming up short.

With our public FEC fundraising deadline coming up at the end of this month, we have to ensure we hit every goal from now until then.

Republicans are already spending millions of dollars on ads, so we’re on the defensive. Will you chip in now to ensure we start June off strong?
