This Wednesday at midnight is our first public Federal Election Commission (FEC) deadline since Trump was convicted of 34 counts of felony charges right here in NYC.

Trump's campaign had raised $34.8 million in less than 24 hours of Trump’s felony verdict. All eyes are back on New York Democrats to challenge our steadfastness and strength against this onslaught of MAGA fundraising.

As the top Democrat on Judiciary, I am on the front lines in this fight against our democracy. When the clock strikes midnight, our numbers will go live and we cannot risk any signs of weakness. Can you help us close our $11,293 fundraising gap by rushing a contribution of $10 before Wednesday at midnight?

Since 2023, Republicans have weaponized their majority in the House to cause disorder and chaos. They are using their power for political revenge. Their attacks on the judicial system are making a mockery of our trusted systems.

It’s not surprising then that MAGA extremists continue to stand behind a convicted felon who has now been found guilty of election interference in the 2016 election and caused an insurrection in 2020 in an attempt to overthrow a fair election result.

This lunacy may be perfectly normal for the MAGA cronies in power, but not for hard-working Americans, and definitely not for the constituents of New York.

I am not afraid to stand against Trump or his MAGA cronies, but I need my grassroots supporters to stand with me. Help us hit new records before this FEC deadline to prove that Americans reject MAGA lawless extremism in favor of democracy.
