The fellowship offers a unique opportunity for fellows to gain hands-on experience, kickstart their professional development and contribute to innovative projects. In return, host organizations benefit from the fresh perspectives and talent of these fellows, enabling them to tackle ambitious initiatives they otherwise may not have been able to accomplish.

Host organizations must be NCRC members and be located in the following geographies: Birmingham, Alabama; Arizona; Oakland, California; Los Angeles, CA; Sacramento, CA; San Francisco Bay Area, CA; Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk, Connecticut Metro Area; Hartford-East Hartford-Middletown, CT Metro Area; New Haven, CT; Washington, DC; Tampa, Flordia; Baltimore, Maryland; Detroit, Michigan; Jackson, Mississippi; Buffalo, New York; New York City, NY; New Mexico; Cincinnati, Ohio; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Pittsburgh, PA; Portland, Oregon; Nashville, Tennesse; Austin, Texas; Utah; Richmond, Virgina; Seattle, Washington; Tacoma, WA; Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
