As the Senate returns to work today, we’ve got our eyes on judicial
nominations. We recently celebrated the confirmation of President Biden’s
201st judge, but there are nearly 70 vacancies that need to be filled and
time is running out!

[ [link removed] ]Will you take 5 minutes to make a call to Senate Majority Leader Chuck
Schumer and urge him to prioritize judicial nominations as the Senate gets
back to work? >>

The Far Right has remade the federal judiciary in their image throughout
the Trump administration and the impact of judges appointed during that
administration will be felt for decades. We must fight back to restore
balance and integrity to our federal courts.

With the Biden administration, we have begun to turn the tide and reclaim
our federal judiciary for justice and democracy. President Biden has
nominated many enormously qualified judges who are awaiting hearings and
votes in the Senate Judiciary Committee or confirmation votes by the full
Senate. We must urge the Senate to act now.

Fair courts mean everything for our democracy. Good judges uphold our
rights and freedoms and ensure our justice system works for everyone, not
just the wealthy and powerful. Biden’s judges are our defense against
attacks on that which we hold most dear.

We know Biden’s judges have what it takes to ensure our courts uphold the
promise of justice for all; we just need the Senate to continue its
important work.
