Every election should be fair, fellow conservative.

But the 2024 election might not be as fair as the media and establishment would have you believe.

The sad truth is that since the U.S. census stopped asking who is a citizen, illegal immigrants have awarded Democrat-run sanctuary states extra House seats, and as a result, votes in the Electoral College.

If the 2024 election is as close as the polls say, these extra seats and votes could tip the election.

That’s why Heritage Action is pushing for Congress to fix elections by pressuring the Senate to pass the Equal Representation Act, just as the House did.

This will bring back the citizenship question on the U.S. census and stop illegal immigrants from awarding Democrat-run sanctuary states more congressional seats and extra Electoral College votes.

Here at Heritage Action, we want to make it easier to vote and harder to cheat, but we know that the far-left wants to do everything they can to stop us.

They will fight tooth and nail to stop this bill, so we’re reaching out to our strongest supporters to help us get it passed.
