He is standing to be the MP for Clacton

Hi John,

It’s official. Nigel Farage is running to be Clacton's next MP. This is bad news.

In his typical pattern of dishonesty and opportunism, Farage has left it to the last minute to announce he’s standing in Clacton. He doesn’t know the area or the issues in Clacton, he just wants to finally achieve his aim of being an MP.

He is the best known and most popular figure of Reform UK - sorry Tice and Anderson! And we expect this announcement will boost Reform UK and their hateful views, not just in Clacton but around the country.

Reform UK has just had a significant boost and we need to rally to stop them gaining seats across the country. Help our campaign against Farage and Reform UK by chipping in today.

I CAN CHIP IN

Nigel Farage isn’t just dangerous because of his influential position in a Radical Right and anti-immigrant party. The former City trader also holds very repellant views and relationships himself.

He is strongly anti-immigrant. In 2014 Farage claimed that parts of Britain were “unrecognisable” and “like a foreign land”. He also praised Enoch Powell, “I would never say that Powell was racist in any way at all. Had we listened to him, we would have much better race relations now than we have got”.

Farage has an unseemly relationship with Donald Trump, who he calls his “friend”. And has openly supported Marine Le Pen, Steve Bannon, Alex Jones, Victor Orbán and many other far-right figures.

Nigel Farage isn’t fit to be an MP. Please help our campaign against Farage and Reform UK nationally by chipping in today
