I’m writing to thank you for everything you did to help my campaign reach its fundraising goal last month. 

As we approach the upcoming VA Primary Elections (June 18), and head toward the General Election, we recognize that Virginia is a critical bellwether and battleground state that could decide control of the White House and Senate. 

This is likely to be one of the toughest fights for the future in modern American history. In fact, we recently learned that Donald Trump’s campaign raised nearly $53 million in the 24 hours after his felony conviction, shattering online records for Republicans and raking in enough cash to help him close what had been a substantial financial gap with President Biden. 

Here’s the bottom line: We Democrats cannot win the presidency or maintain control of the Senate without your support. And there’s no math that keeps Democrats in control of the Senate without Virginia. 

Your support means everything to me, and I can’t thank you enough for staying involved as we turn toward one of the most important General Elections of my lifetime.
