[1]Lucas Kunce for U.S. Senate

Hi John,

It’s Lucas Kunce here. I’m the 13-year Marine veteran running to replace
Josh Hawley in the U.S. Senate.

When I decided to build this movement, it was important to me to meet with
Missourians from all parties, all walks of life, and all corners of the
state — and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. So today, I wanted to
give you an update on what I’ve been up to lately:

the Machinists.

I attended the Midwest States Conference of Machinists, where I had the
opportunity to speak about my priorities in the Senate — like passing the
PRO Act, investing in our communities, and putting American workers first.

Workers like them are our greatest asset. They keep our country strong and
secure, and I’m proud to have their support.

Last week, we packed a room full of people from all over mid-Missouri at a
town hall in Columbia — not too far from where I grew up.

The crowd was fired up about taking this U.S. Senate seat back for real
Missourians! They’re tired of having a U.S. Senator who has spent six
years voting against investment in Missouri, and I’m humbled that they
share my vision for rebuilding our state.

Corps League Simpson-Hoggatt Detachment #984.

Finally, I joined Marine Corps League Simpson-Hoggatt Detachment #984 for
their 82nd Annual Memorial Day Service earlier this week to remember all
the men and women who have given their lives in service to our country.

It's hard to think about how many Marines we have lost — overseas, but
also back home to training accidents, suicides, and substance use —
including the many who were lost during my time in Afghanistan. Our duty
to them isn’t just to honor them today and to send more to war tomorrow —
it’s to serve the communities that they signed up for here at home.

I’ve been grateful to meet so many people all across the state this month,
and I look forward to meeting even more in June. If you live in Missouri —
no matter where you live, or who you voted for before — I hope to meet you
too.

See you on the trail,

Lucas Kunce
