When it comes to teamwork on a statewide race like ours, there’s no task too small or too unimportant – not even squeegee-ing during a campaign trail pit stop. 

Over the past year, we’ve traveled all over Texas, from Laredo to Amarillo to Corpus Christi and everywhere in between. Every campaign stop (yes even at gas stations) brings us one step closer to defeating Ted Cruz, and we couldn't have traveled as much as we did without support from this grassroots team.

Talking to all of these voters has helped us pull even with Ted Cruz in the polls. I'm more convinced than ever that we can win this thing – IF we can keep meeting voters where they are.

The problem is, reaching voters in their communities and on their screens takes A LOT of resources, and I just got word from my finance director that we're not on track to reach our $65,000 daily goal.

Falling short could force us to pull back on our critical voter outreach efforts, so I'm urgently asking: Will you chip in $5 or more right now to help me make up the gap on our daily fundraising goal and fire Ted Cruz this November?
