Dear John,


It was a busy week, but I’m back to keep you in the loop on how I am fighting
for our conservative values.



On Wednesday, I stood with the House Judiciary Republicans in Grand Forks,
North Dakota and listened to the harrowing stories of everyday Americans and
law enforcement officials directly affected by the crisis on both borders.
Biden's disastrous leadership is preventing border agents from performing their
duties and aiding law enforcement in handling illegal detainees. As a result,
states like North Dakota and Minnesota are suffering. The surge of criminals,
drugs, and even terrorists streaming across both our borders is a direct result
of Joe Biden’s incompetence and negligence.


House Republicans passed H.R. 2, the Secure the Border Act, which would finish
the border wall, end catch and release, streamline the asylum process, and
increase the number of border patrol agents. We passed this bill on May 11,
2023! It had two readings in the Senate, but Chuck Schumer didn’t allow it to
go any further. It is crystal clear that Biden and the Democrats won’t admit to
their failures, so we must continue to push for real solutions to secure our
borders and keep our communities safe.

The guilty verdict in President Trump's trial is a total disgrace. Alvin
Bragg, a radical New York City prosecutor, brought this case before a kangaroo
court, using Michael Cohen, a disbarred attorney with a history of criminal
convictions, including tax evasion, bank fraud, and lying to Congress. On top
of that, the jury was stacked with biased liberals from New York, and a
Biden-donor judge acting as a co-prosecutor, hell-bent on taking down the
Republican nominee for president. This was a performance trial that did not do
fair justice. In fact, it amounts to real election interference. I will
continue to stand by President Trump as we await the REAL verdict at the ballot
box in November.
