397 Heroes Need You: Don’t Let Them Go Unsupported!
Supporting deployed Service Members through care packages and letters can be incredibly rewarding. But don't just take our word for it, watch the video above to hear from some of our current volunteers!
Recently, we've had a hard time finding enough volunteers to support the constant influx of deployed Service Members who register for support from Soldiers' Angels.
This is heartbreaking to us! 💔
These men and women are all forward deployed. Many of them are in hostile environments where they cannot just pop over to the local bodega to buy supplies and many more of them are on ships in the middle of the ocean.
Our Nation may not be at war, but it feels as if much of America has forgotten that our heroes are still in harm's way even during times of peace.

Veterans Help Group donated $15,000 to help launch our "No Soldier Walks Alone" step challenge! This 10,000 steps-a-day walking challenge is set to take place in July to raise awareness and funds to ensure no Service Member has to walk their own personal journey alone. "We received a massive box of Trail's End popcorn to USS LABOON about a month ago. We have been deployed for 6 months. The religious ministries team has been handing out the popcorn to the Sailors and their work sections to lift spirits just a little bit. Receiving popcorn has been a huge highlight for the crew!" - Matt

It's Hops for Heroes season!! Our first batch of breweries recently released their version of Homefront beer, but we still have plenty of time for more breweries to join!
That's why we're encouraging all of you to hop over to our Facebook post and @ tag your favorite brewery to encourage them to support Service Members and Veterans through Soldiers' Angels Hops for Heroes!
Don't let your state go unrepresented in this patriotic push for craft beer support! Currently, Virginia is leading the pack as the most patriotic state with an incredible 4 of our participating breweries residing in VA!

Creating an Oasis in Detroit
Thanks to a sponsorship and employee volunteers from Stellantis, Soldiers' Angels was able to transform the rooftop of the Detroit VA into a garden oasis for Community Living Center residents. The CLC residents even came to help and share in the joy of gardening!

Coffee at the Columbia VA
Soldiers' Angels volunteers boosted the spirits of Veterans in Columbia, South Carolina! They recently hosted their coffee and snacks table at the Columbia VA and provided healthy snacks, water, coffee, and good conversation to Veterans attending VA appointments.
We are SO close to our goal!!

Honoring Military Spouses of the Year

The event featured speakers from Mission Role Call, a message from Chef Robert Irvine, and our very own Soldiers' Angels D.C. VA Deputy Rep, Danielle Ruiz. The group participated in a service project, in honor of Soldiers' Angels, and created 50 blessing bags for at-risk and homeless Veterans in the D.C. area.
