Each year, we are reminded that Pride began as a protest. Trailblazers like Marsha P. Johnson, Stormé DeLarverie, and Sylvia Rivera sparked a movement for equality and liberation that continues today. Over 50 years since the Stonewall Riots of 1969, our fight for those same rights is ongoing.

June is not only a month of celebration but also a time to unite communities in support and action. This Pride season, we remain committed to creating safe and inclusive schools for our LGBTQ+ youth, and we encourage you to join us and Rise Up with Pride. [link removed]

LOS ANGELES:
