- We now know that insurrectionist symbols were on full display at TWO of Justice Samuel Alito’s houses in the time since the January 6th attack on the Capitol
- And we know Ginni Thomas, the wife of Justice Clarence Thomas, spent the days leading up to the insurrection egging on Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election results
- But both of those justices are STILL presiding over cases related to January 6
