Hey y’all – You may have heard the recent news out of Tulsa: Republican Jayme Fowler dropped out of the race because he couldn’t see a path forward to victory!
And why couldn’t he? Because we have incredibly strong democrats running in Tulsa and now it’s our job to support them. I’m going to ask for your help, but first, I wanted to give you a brief memo on how we’re going to do it.
First: we’re cutting checks to Democrats across Oklahoma for the first time, this money goes directly to their campaigns.
Second: We’re investing time and energy into training grassroots volunteers and Oklahoma Democrats in Tulsa and across our state on how to get involved – from door-knocking to making calls.
Third: We have five paid fellows this summer who will be dedicated to getting the vote out and mobilizing support for our Oklahoma Democrats, including those running in Tulsa.
We’ve got a lot of big plans this summer John but the truth is we can’t accomplish them without your support. The Oklahoma Democrats run on donations and a huge part of those come from people like you giving to emails like these.
We are Democratic strong, powered by grassroots efforts and activists of this Great State. Our mission is to fight for Oklahoma’s most vulnerable communities, protect working families and ensure that we live up to the promises of the Oklahoma dream.
