Eligible incarcerated voters in Elko County, Nevada will be able to cast their ballots.

  • The ACLU of Nevada reached a settlement with Elko County Jail in a lawsuit over the county’s policy regarding incarcerated voting. Under the settlement, all eligible incarcerated voters will be able to cast a ballot, and the ACLU withdrew its lawsuit.
