Team, this is a pivotal moment in the 2024 presidential election. But let’s not forget — earlier this month, the country watched as Rick Scott was the first to cozy up to now-convicted felon Donald Trump in court. It’s never been more clear that Rick Scott is nothing more than Trump's puppet.

Convicted felons do not belong in the White House, just as self-interested extremists like Rick Scott have no place in the Senate. If you’re ready to elect a Senator who actually works for the Sunshine State, then please, split $5 between Kirsten Gillibrand's and my campaign to help me retire Rick Scott now.

Honestly, it doesn’t surprise me that Rick Scott skipped a Senate vote to serve as Trump’s emotional-support senator throughout his trial … and it doesn’t surprise me that on top of promoting Trump's dangerous agenda during his presidential administration, my opponent supported his baseless voter fraud claims and even refused to certify President Biden's victory.

Now, Rick Scott has even gone on record calling this trial a “sham” and vowing to stand by Trump this November.

Much like the former President, Rick Scott has proven time and again that he only cares about his own personal gain and the wealthy 1%. He wants to raise taxes on working families so they have “skin in the game” while millionaires like himself would get a tax cut. He wrote the plan to END Social Security and Medicare. He co-sponsored a nationwide ban on abortions. He even built his massive fortune through shady business practices — just like Trump.

Enough is enough. It’s time Florida has someone in the Senate who actually listens to our communities. But with Mitch McConnell stepping down, Rick Scott is gunning to replace him as the GOP's leader in the Senate, where he'd be nothing but a rubber stamp for Donald Trump's policies.

We can and must defeat Rick Scott. Right now, polling data shows our race in a DEAD HEAT. There's never been a better chance at flipping Florida blue, but right now, I’m not on track to hit my critical $900,000 end-of-month fundraising goal. Falling short just as we're tied in the polls could hand Scott and Trump a huge advantage. I'm not about to let that happen, but I need your immediate support:
