Justice has finally come for Donald Trump: a jury of every day Americans declared him guilty of all 34 counts of felonies in his New York hush money and fraud case. But—the MAGA mob is just getting started as they are gearing up to tear this country apart to keep Trump and themselves in power.
What happened in New York was impartial justice; a jury of 12 ordinary Americans unanimously decided that, based on the facts presented and the law as written, Donald Trump had committed the crimes (all 34 crimes...) he was accused of doing. The kind of justice system that Trump and his allies have openly said they want, and will only accept as legitimate, is one in which they are favored and their political opponents are not.
This is a critical and sensitive time for America, for our democracy, and our freedom.
MAGA cult leaders like Lauren Boebert must be fought relentlessly along with Trump. It is not enough to defeat Trump, as we saw in 2020. The crooks and liars who keep him in a position of influence and power up and down the ballot have to be defeated, too.
That's why we are not stopping in this fight to defeat Lauren Boebert right here and now until all the votes are in. And we have only a few weeks left to do everything we can to reach the voters who can end her time in the spotlight and in Congress.
