The PACT Act is a law that expands VA health care and benefits for veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances. This law helps VA to provide generations of veterans—and their survivors—with the care and benefits they’ve earned and deserve. 

 

A reminder that if you or a loved one submitted an intent to file when the PACT Act was first signed into law to please now fully complete your forms and registration as soon as possible so you can start receiving benefits.
