We’re just a few hours from our end-of-the-month fundraising deadline, and I wanted to reach out one last time so you can be a part of this moment.

Glenn Youngkin’s record-breaking number of vetoes that shut down bills to:

• Raise the minimum wage
• Secure access to contraceptives
• Open the retail market for cannabis

…and those are just a few of the over 200 bills blocked by the Governor.

Leadership is about finding solutions that will work for the people of Virginia. But as Youngkin sees it, it’s just another way to impose your ideology on a state of unwilling participants. It’s undemocratic, and it’s holding us back.

I’m running for Lieutenant Governor because we need leaders with proven experience and a track record of getting things done for Virginia. I’ve led the charge in the effort to protect reproductive freedom in the state Senate. I was also proud to support bills that strengthen Virginia’s economy and ensure everyone has a chance to succeed.

But John, we need to elect Democrats to every level of our state government in order to prevent the far-right’s strategy of disruption. Will you help me get my message out before the end-of-the-month deadline by chipping in $10 now?
