Hi John,

In just a minute, we’ll ask you to add a contribution to Cal Cunningham’s campaign for U.S. Senate before our mid-April fundraising deadline. But first, you deserve to know exactly why your donation matters so much — especially now.

Cal is running for U.S. Senate because North Carolina deserves a leader they can trust to do right by them. For too long, corruption has plagued Washington while corporate special interests call the shots in shady backroom deals. Our opponent is part of the problem.

Time and again, Thom Tillis is a reliable vote for Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and his wealthy friends instead of the people he was elected to serve. And now more than ever, North Carolinians deserve strong, independent leadership as we struggle through this public health crisis.

Now, John, we truly believe this team has what it takes to defeat Tillis and take back North Carolina. His approval rating is just 26%, the polls are on our side, and thanks to you, we’ve kept pace with his fundraising.

But nothing is stopping Mitch McConnell’s super PAC from dumping another $22 million into our state to prop up Tillis. McConnell knows North Carolina will determine Senate control, so he’s spending more here than any other battleground state this year.

So, here’s the part where we ask for your help: Can you donate $10, or whatever you can, to help us build the resources we need to flip this Senate seat and fend off any incoming attacks?

CONTRIBUTE NOW: [link removed]

We’ll tell you what — if Mitch McConnell is so invested in North Carolina, we’re doing something right. Together, we can win this race and bring new leadership to Washington.

Thanks for all you do,

Team Cal
