Rafah tragically killed dozens of people and injured many more. At the
  same time, restricted crossing points, intensified hostilities, and  
telecommunications blackouts have further reduced the volume of aid
entering Gaza. Civilians need a massive scale-up of aid, an end to the
siege, and a ceasefire now.
