Hi there, it’s Congresswoman Deborah Ross. I am so proud of everything my team and I have accomplished right here in North Carolina’s second Congressional district — and I’d like to thank you for all your support thus far.

We delivered more than $20 million in federal benefits to Wake County residents AND successfully passed 11 bills to support our people and our future. However, our work does not end here. To cut to the chase, my end-of-month fundraising deadline is tonight and I’m still short of my $5K goal. Will you chip in any amount to support my re-election campaign right now?

This is a critical election year — but it’s also going to be an uphill battle. There’s no sugarcoating it.

I’m running for re-election because I am so proud to represent NC-02, and I’m ready to continue fighting for fairness, equality, and progress. More importantly, I’m ready to keep fighting for you. On Election Day, reproductive rights, freedoms, and democracy at large are on the ballot — and we have a real shot at ensuring we DEFEND the values that matter to us.

But we’re up against anti-choice Republicans and their extremist agenda. Too many House Republicans are more focused on scoring points with Donald Trump and the MAGA establishment than proper governance. They’re too busy launching baseless attacks on reproductive health care to do anything about rising costs for working families.

THIS is dysfunction. THIS is the result of the Republican majority in the House. We’re all tired of the dysfunction, the chaos, and the political games.

But we have a chance to bring back democratic progress this year. We can flip the House blue and bring back a functional Congress. This all depends on whether or not we keep my seat blue or not. Seriously.
