As you can imagine, Republican debate nights are a busy time for
us here at the DNC. I love seeing our team spring into action when
the GOP candidates play fast and loose with the facts (like tonight
when Carly Fiorina claimed that Obamacare needs to be repealed
because "it's failing the very people it was intended to help," even
though our uninsured rates are at the lowest point ever on record)
or say something so totally bonkers that we absolutely have to
respond (when Donald Trump, Ben Carson, and Marco Rubio all
railed against the idea of raising the minimum wage within the first
ten minutes, for example).

Debate nights are also a lot of fun because I see so much
Democratic spirit around the office -- people sporting their favorite
Obama gear or our fun new "America is Already Great" hats --
because when is there a better time to show off your party pride
than when the Republicans are up on stage doing their part to
remind us why we're Democrats in the first place?
