Good morning.
Today is our May fundraising deadline, and I am reaching out to humbly ask if you could please make a contribution to my campaign for Senate.
This request comes at an absolutely critical time for our campaign, for Arizona, and for our country. Please, let me explain:
I respected John McCain and his service in the Navy and in public life. He was a good man and Arizonans were lucky to have him.
He used to represent the Republican Party in Arizona.
Today, Kari Lake is the Republican Party in Arizona. Someone who will do or say whatever she has to if it gets her elected. Who attacks our democracy at every turn and lies, spins conspiracies, and is Trump’s loudest, proudest advocate.
Now, if you’re with me and you’re ready to stop Kari Lake before she gains any more power and influence, please:
Make that contribution and help me win this race before our deadline hits at midnight tonight.

This race is a head-to-head between Kari Lake and me, with control of the U.S. Senate on the line. This race could go either way. And the toughest part for us is that Arizona is one of the most expensive states in the country to campaign in.
Whether we win or not is going to depend on whether we raise the resources we need to do it.
I know that Kari is raising money hand over fist right now, and she’s pouring that back into attack ads — $10 million worth are reserved already. She’ll use every dollar to tear me apart. If we can’t fight back, she could get the edge on us.
She could win. Really.
That’s why I’m writing to you. I need your help. Almost all of our donations come in response to emails like this one. There’s just no other way for our campaign to raise the money we need to win.
So, here is the part where I ask you, very humbly:
Can I count on you to make a contribution to my campaign for Senate in Arizona before our fundraising deadline hits at midnight?

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Your support right now means the world to me.
Ruben
