Our mission and vision are based on hiring community members and paying them a living wage to build future leaders who will sustain this movement for decades to come. We believe that no one is better equipped to register someone to vote from North Philadelphia than someone from North Philadelphia — who looks like them and shares common lived experiences.
Additionally, we provide the guidance, coaching, training, and mentorship necessary for our staff to not only register folks to vote but also mobilize those we have already registered to the polls and provide civic education and engagement in the communities that very few are engaging.
We cannot do this alone – we need your help to raise $3,981 before MIDNIGHT to fund our critical voter engagement programs. Will you help us by donating $25 or more now?

Fellow activist,
Since 2022, the New PA Project Education Fund along with the affiliated organization, New Pennsylvania Project has registered nearly 40,000 Pennsylvanians to vote. Since our founding in 2021, there is no other single, statewide, nonpartisan, year-round, voter registration focused grassroots organization in the Commonwealth that has hands-on registered more Pennsylvanians to vote than our organization.
In 2022, the New Pennsylvania Project registered 20,000 Pennsylvanians to vote, with a third of the paid staff we have today. The New PA Project Education Fund is currently fundraising to increase staff capacity to more than 90 paid staffers in order to achieve our 2024 goals and beyond. We feel confident about what our staff is capable of achieving.
We are effective - and so is our model for engagement. Will you help us fund the nonpartisan voter registration program by donating $25 or more today?
The organization’s mission and vision is based on hiring community members and providing the guidance, coaching, training and mentorship necessary for our staff to not only register folks to vote but also mobilize those we register to the polls, and provide civic education and
engagement in the communities very few dare to engage.
We believe in paying a living wage to those who do this demanding work as we’re building future leaders to sustain this movement for decades to come. We believe that no one is better equipped to register someone to vote from North Philadelphia than someone from North Philadelphia — who looks like them, and have common lived experiences.
This is why your support is so critical. Will you help us continue to register voters by rushing $25 or more now?

There is a reason 2.1 million Pennsylvanians, disproportionally in communities of color, are unregistered to vote or in severe risk of being dropped from the voter rolls due to inactivity. To effectively engage these communities, it is paramount that an organization like ours with well-trained paid staff, from the neighborhoods we center, do the work — and year-round.
Thank you for your support and investment in our work,
Kadida Kenner

The New Pennsylvania Project (NPP) is a voting rights organization with a year-round primary focus on voter registration, civic education, and mobilization. NPP centers historically disenfranchised and often neglected Black, Indigenous and other people of color, immigrant communities and the youth in our work. Through civic engagement, we ensure all eligible voters feel compelled to exercise their freedom to vote in the Commonwealth.
