For several months, Obama strategist David Axelrod has advocated that the President show more empathy: "This has been a constant, constant problem. His desire to claim credit is a huge obstacle to connecting with voters on this issue." But our latest video analysis of the Biden campaign ad "For You" indicates the problem with their message is more than empathy, and that believability is the source of the message disconnect.
