John,
In 2016, after witnessing the devastating impact of wildfires and the loss of millions of acres of our precious forests, I knew I had to act. That’s why I ran for Commissioner of Public Lands—to keep Washington State, the Evergreen State, truly evergreen.
Through the Keep Washington Evergreen Initiative, we've restored over 600,000 acres of forestlands, prevented countless wildfires, and conserved nearly 200,000 acres of forest. But the challenges we face extend beyond our state. Climate change is wreaking havoc across the nation, from wildfires and droughts to deadly heat waves and flooding.
I'm running for Congress to take my bold vision and relentless commitment to climate action to Congress. The challenges our environment and communities face require nothing short of EPIC goals and EPIC progress. That's why I'm running to take my bold vision and relentless commitment to advancing climate action, abortion rights, affordable housing, and so much more.
But, I can’t do this alone. As we approach our critical end-of-month goal tomorrow at midnight, I need your support to ensure my vision reaches every voter in Washington’s 6th Congressional District. We’re gearing up for a heated election in August, and your contribution is vital to our success.
Will you join me in this fight by contributing $5 or whatever you can afford today? Your support will help us reach our $20,000 goal and keep our campaign on track.
