The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission once again invested in wildlife crossings to help prevent vehicle collisions with big game, as it voted to approve an additional $500,000 toward *The Wind River to Grand Tetons ? Connecting Wildlife on the Togwotee Trail Dubois project on U.S. Highway 26.* [ [link removed] ]?

Wildlife health lab tests more than 5,000 CWD samples in 2023

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department?s Wildlife Health Laboratory tested 5,100 samples from big game animals for chronic wasting disease in 2023. Testing was completed earlier this year and samples were submitted from throughout the state. *CWD was detected in 711 of those samples submitted. [ [link removed] ]*

2024 Hunt Seasons were set by the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission in April, and hunters have reason to be optimistic about success in the field this fall. Gov. Gordon donates wild bison license for wildlife conservation

For the sixth year, Governor Mark Gordon is donating a *wild bison license* [ [link removed] ] to support Wyoming wildlife conservation. The license will be issued through a random raffle open only to Wyoming residents. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased on the?Wyoming Game and Fish Department website.
