By now, you’ve seen the news: Donald Trump has been found guilty on all counts — the first time a former President, and current candidate, has been convicted of a crime.

This is a sad day for America. But it is also a day for action. 

As an Arizona Assistant Attorney General, I prosecuted financial fraud and public corruption. In America, no one — no one — is above the law whether they are on a street corner, the corner office, or the Oval Office.

Trump was right about one thing he said today: This is what is at stake this November.

Our democracy is truly on the line in 2024 and no district in America will be more decisive than Arizona’s First Congressional District — the swing area of the swing state.

Democrats only need to flip 4 seats to win the House and be a backstop to protect democracy and the rule of law. 

And the bottom line is I can’t flip this district without your support.
