Hey friend, it’s Alison, asking you bluntly: Can you make a donation of $25 or any amount to support Emily Randall for Congress before the end-of-month deadline? [[link removed]]

Yes, I’m reaching out to you on behalf of my wife, my partner of 18 years, the person I know and trust to serve our district.

I’m also reaching out as a union member, asking you to support the endorsed candidate of hundreds of thousands of working people across the state — myself included!

And, I’m reaching out as someone who wants a Congress full of people who know what it’s like to pay their own bills, struggle with student loans, care for loved ones, and navigate health insurance.

Let’s be real: it’s not easy for candidates with working-class backgrounds to win elections. That’s why more than half of Congressmembers are millionaires!

The only way people like Emily win is by organizing thousands of people like you and me to make grassroots donations of $25, $50 or whatever amount makes sense for them. That’s why I’m asking: Can you bring a little change to the world this Tuesday and contribute any amount to elect Emily? [[link removed]]

We really appreciate you.

— Alison

PREVIOUS EMAIL:

Friend, this was a HUGE weekend for our campaign!

Over the weekend, representatives from dozens of labor unions across the state gathered to choose which candidates to support in 2024 — and for Washington's 6th District, they voted to give their SOLE endorsement to Emily Randall!

It’s uncommon for this group* to give a sole endorsement when there is more than one Democrat in a race. But labor leaders understand that Emily is an uncommon candidate who knows personally the difference that Unions can make for working families.

We’ve drawn support from powerful grassroots movements: Labor, environmental, reproductive freedom, LGBTQ+ rights, communities of color, and more. But we’re still falling short of where we need to be in our fundraising — and that leaves an opening for well-funded super PACs and special interests to launch attacks.

Emily is a working-class champion running to bring our voices to Congress — and she’ll only get there if we all pitch in! Can you chip in $25 or any amount now to help us keep pace in this competitive race? [[link removed]]

We can do this together!

— Emily’s campaign team
