Moving in partnership, Wes passed legislation that created Maryland’s first-ever gun violence prevention center, legislation to put more sworn officers on the streets to make our communities safer, and he put forward the most comprehensive housing package the state has ever seen. 2. This is Maryland’s decade. This decade, we’re going to come out strong in support of our unions, protect reproductive rights, and expand gun safety laws.
