Friend, Ken Paxton could be America’s next attorney general.
If that sounds as frightening to you as it does to us, please pitch in a donation to DAGA to help us ensure that Ken Paxton NEVER becomes our attorney general. [[link removed]]
Donald Trump made headlines in Texas last weekend when he said if elected in 2024, he would consider tapping Ken Paxton as the nation’s next attorney general. He even went so far as to describe him as “ a very talented guy.”
We disagree, so let’s take a trip down memory lane to remind everyone exactly the kind of person he is.
Ken Paxton has been nothing short of a disaster during his tenure as Texas Attorney General. He was under indictment for nine years, bolsters false claims of election fraud to justify his attacks on voting rights, and has even been impeached by his own party for bribery, obstruction of justice, misapplication of public resources, and more.
His actions have also put millions of lives across the state at risk. Not only did he force Kate Cox to flee Texas to have life-saving medical treatment after he directly intervened to block it, but his desire to control every aspect of women’s reproductive care has made Texas one of the most anti-abortion states in the country.
Americans can’t afford for Ken Paxton to spread the damage he’s caused in Texas to the other 49 states. That’s why we’re asking you to donate to DAGA ahead of our end-of-month fundraising deadline to stop Ken Paxton from becoming America’s next attorney general >> [[link removed]]
