We're in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. We're also racing to November in one of the most critical elections of our lifetime.

My friend, former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, is running to defeat the incumbent Republican, Cory Gardner, in Colorado.

Cory Gardner has made it clear his priority isn't fighting for the well-being of Colorado. It's falling into line to support Donald Trump's abuses of power and Mitch McConnell's right-wing, extremist agenda.

In fact, just days ago, Cory Gardner criticized proposals to expand national vote-by-mail through the November election, so that Americans won't be forced to choose between their health and their constitutional right to vote.

Cory Gardner has been near-lockstep in his support of Donald Trump. And opposing access to vote-by-mail for every American.

But from the get go, John Hickenlooper has been a staunch supporter of vote-by-mail. John understands that there are effective solutions to voting in a pandemic, and shutting down elections and access to voting aren't on the list.

Donate $3 right now. Let's help out my friend John Hickenlooper, who would be an excellent ally in the Senate.

I know you're tired of the Senate being looked at as the place good progressive legislation goes to die thanks to Mitch McConnell and his allies. I am, too.

Donate $3 today. Let's win this one and send John to the Senate.
