POLITICO reported that the GOP’s Congressional Leadership Fund has booked “more time in California than any other state” — and noted that “Republicans are largely playing defense” in multiple GOP-controlled House districts won by Joe Biden.

But learning our lesson from 2022 is essential if we are going to take back the House, John:
