MENDHAM TWP CANDIDATE SPOTLIGHT & UPCOMING EVENTS |
Dear John — We are so excited with the number of Democrats running in Morris County this year, along with President Joe Biden at the top of the ticket! CANDIDATE SPOTLIGHT: MENDHAM TOWNSHIP Mark Trokan and Susan Luciano are running to stop overdevelopment and preserve the beautiful parks, trails, and open spaces that make Mendham Township such a special place. They are both attorneys and community volunteers.
Mark was raised in Mendham Borough and graduated from Mendham High School. He moved to the township in 2018 because he couldn't imagine a better place to raise his sons. Mark leads the Open Space Trust Committee as the Chair. Susan grew up in Morris Township and also has been a devoted volunteer, since moving to Mendham Township in 2014. She serves on the Historic Preservation Committee; is a member of the board of directors for The Arts Council of the Mendhams; is helping to organize the town's 275th Anniversary celebration; and previously served on the Board of Adjustment.
