*'Invitation: Public Feedback Sessions on Medical Cannabis Excise Tax Exemption Rulemaking (SHB 1453)*

As part of Liquor and Cannabis Board’s (LCB) ongoing rulemaking to implement SHB 1453 [ [link removed] ] regarding the Medical Cannabis Excise Tax exemption, the agency is hosting two online stakeholder sessions to discuss some of the changes that have been tentatively drafted as part of the rulemaking process.
