Hello Democrats,

This is Isaiah Baca, the head of voter outreach over here at the Democratic Party of New Mexico. I am excited to announce a new Voter Registration program focused in NM’s Second Congressional District to ensure it stays blue! 

I’ll tell you about the program, but first I think it’s important to take a step back and explain why it’s so important. Democrat Gabe Vasquez’s race isn’t just going to be one of the closest races in the country, it is going to be THE CLOSEST RACE in the country. Gabe flipped the district in 2022 from red to blue with the closest vote margin in the entire country. It is not hyperbole to say the road to flipping the U.S. House, for better or for worse, runs right through New Mexico. 

That’s why we are launching a new voter registration program in Gabe’s district to make sure we keep him in congress. We are using state-of-the-art microtargeting and tested messaging to contact likely Democratic voters by mail and text message to make sure they register. Can New Mexico Democrats count on you to support our new state-of-the-art voter registration technology?

We like to run smart programs over at the Democratic Party of New Mexico, but we also like to be smart with our money. That is why we are targeting a handful of State House and Senate districts in the Second District to use our money wisely to register voters in places where it will have the greatest electoral impact. 

A program like this isn’t cheap, though. We need to raise at least $10K to ensure we are adding enough voters in these districts to win. That’s where you come in. Can I count on you to give a donation to support our new voter registration program?
