John,
While much of our attention has rightfully been focused on Rep. Jamaal Bowman’s primary election in New York in less than a month, AIPAC has also not-so-quietly been amassing a HUGE war chest to try and unseat Rep. Cori Bush in Missouri.
Yesterday, news broke that an AIPAC-affiliated super PAC is placing nearly $250,000 in ads to support her primary opponent.1 That’s on top of the $830,000 that AIPAC donors have already given directly to her opponent’s campaign.2
With Cori’s primary in Missouri just over 2 months away, and with our end of month fundraising deadline only 2 DAYS away, we need to act fast to combat this incoming wave of right-wing money.
Please split a contribution between Rep. Cori Bush’s campaign and WFP before our end of month fundraising deadline. Our progressive champions are under attack on multiple fronts, and we need more resources in order to defend and re-elect them.

In her first term, Rep. Cori Bush has been a champion for the working families of St. Louis and the entire country.
She’s been a tireless advocate — both inside and outside Congress — for racial, social, health care, and environmental justice. And, along with other WFP champions in Congress, she was one of the first leaders to courageously stand up and call for a ceasefire in Israel and Palestine in order to save lives.
Losing Cori’s voice to a Republican-funded primary challenger would be a loss for her district — and for every one of us who cares about democracy and justice.
That’s exactly why the Republican donors who fund AIPAC are so laser focused on spending millions in Democratic primaries this year to try and take out our champions like Cori.
The honest truth is, we will never match GOP mega donors dollar for dollar. But we don’t need to.
All we need to do to win is to make sure candidates like Rep. Cori Bush have the resources they need to get their message out and defend themselves against these vicious right-wing attacks. And the earlier we can build that kind of grassroots support, the better. Especially with a pivotal end of month fundraising deadline coming up in just two days.
So please, make a split donation today, before our critical end of month deadlines, and help Rep. Cori Bush and WFP fight back against these attacks being funded by AIPAC and right wing extremists.
In solidarity,
Team WFP
