introduced a landmark piece of new legislation: the Presidential Ethics
Reform Act.

No matter which party is in power, the American people deserve
transparency from the President and Vice President. This bill requires
these leaders and their families to disclose their tax returns, large
gifts, and other conflicts of interest.
