We recently sent you an email about Rajeshwari, who was just 10 years old when she became enslaved in a brick kiln. She was one of thousands of people working in one of South Asia's most dangerous industries.

After three long years of enduring fear, abuse and the constant risk of violence, we helped rescue Rajeshwari, thanks to your support.

IJM stood by brave Rajeshwari and her family as they returned home into freedom and continue to stand by the family as needed.

In addition to the thousands of children currently enslaved in the brickmaking industry, there are many more young children from regions across South Asia who are still at risk of being separated from their families and trafficked into forced labor.*

IJM is actively working with authorities in South Asia and beyond to help rescue children from this dangerous industry. As we prepare to send more rescue teams into the field, we hope friends like you will give to help send rescue to more children in South Asia and around the world.
